No — that old one-for-one policy no longer applies. You can take what you need (within reason), even if you don’t bring any used equipment back. We do encourage returns where possible for safety and proper disposal.
Yes — as long as they’re from an authorised provider like ADIO. You are legally allowed to possess injecting equipment for personal use.
It means the Needle Exchange Programme was developed by peers who have lived experience of injecting drug use. We uderstand what you’re going through, and are here to support you without judgment.
